Final (1/1)

Once again Ahyoung put up a fake smile as she saw her friends enter the cafe they were meeting at. Every laugh and smile was fake as she listened to their stories and jokes till her cheeks started to hurt. Though she looked like she was listening her thoughts were somewhere else. Somewhere far away from where she was. After hours of hanging out with her friends she decided to say good bye with a smile and left the place that was suppose to bring her happiness. Snuggling into her brown coat, she walked towards the direction of her place called home. Every step she took made a sound against the concrete sidewalk. After 15 minutes she reached her apartment building and entered the elevator, pressing the 6th floor off where she lived. In that same elevator her smile became straight. Her thoughts still lingering around as her face became gloomier. The ding sound went off as her destined floor was reached. Getting off the elevator Ahyoung walked towards her apartment room, 528. Typing her pass code in she entered the empty and soundless room of her apartment. There was no sound, but her taking off her shoes putting them in the shoe stand. Walking into the living room her lingering thoughts turned into memories as she remembered the same couch she use to snuggle up with someone on their movie nights. The times where they use to talk about random things just letting the other prance calm each other down. Ahyoung shook her head as she tired to erase the image out of her head. Walking to her bedroom she dropped her bag on the bed along with her coat as she changed into something warmer as the weather got chiller over the past few days. Standing in front of the mirror she looked at her reflection before spotting a picture frame by her bed stand. Turning away from the mirror Ahyoung looked at the picture with an empty expression. "And I thought I got rid of everything," Ahyoung whispered to no one as her fingers trailed along someone's face in the picture, but than grabbed the picture frame before smashing it on the hardwood floor with a pained expression. Covering her face as she slid down to the floor she started to sob softly as memories flashed through her head again and again. "Why huh?" she asked out loud as she was once again lost like that day. Walking lifelessly out of her room she sat down on her couch before turning on the tv to see if there was anything on. Flipping through a couple channels til a familiar name appeared on tv cause her to go back and watch. "Congratulations Mr.Kim Jongin when are you and Ms.Kang Mirae getting married?" a reporter asked the newly engaged couple. "We're getting married 2 weeks away from now," Jongin, the heir of the Kim's Corporation said proudly as he had an arm wrapped around her soon to be wife. "Do you both really love each other?" The reporter asked again. Mirae the soon to be wife answered that answer smoothly with a straight up yes. The stubborn reporter than asked them to kissed each other, but before they did Ahyoung already turned off the tv with tears flowing down her face. Throwing the controller on the ground Ahyoung curled up to a ball before sobbing her broken heart out. She thought she had already cried enough, but the tears kept coming as her heart shattered more and more. Suddenly her phone started to ring a sad melody. Trying to stop herself from crying she answered her phone without caring to check who it was. "Hello," Ahyoung said trying to hide her stuffy nose. "Ahyoung," a concerned voice came from the other line as Ahyoung froze on her spot. Hesitated she replied with a what. "Can I come over?" the husky voice that still made her heartthrob asked. With shaky hands Ahyoung hung up as she didn't want to see him. Knowing he might still come Ahyoung went to her room and grabbed her bag and coat before hurrying to the front door and put on her shoes. As she opened her door Ahyoung froze on her spot as she saw someone who she didn't want to see. His sharp handsome didn't really change over the past few weeks. His black hair was gelled up to fit his perfectly tanned face. "Ahyoung," Kai said softly as he noticed the puffy and redness around her eyes. His hands went up in instinct to wipe away her dry tears, but Ahyoung pulled away from him before trying to close the door. "Ahyoung!" Kai shouted from his calm voice as tried to push open the door of the girl who stole his heart. Ahyoung fought with tears in her eyes as she tried to push the door close, but Kai was stronger and bigger pushing it open before bringing Ahyoung into his arms. The girl struggled to get out of his arms, but soon gave up as she was exhausted from crying and the last couple weeks where she couldn't sleep. As Kai noticed her stop struggling he closed her door while hugging her as close as he can get without crushing the broken Ahyoung. His heart pained at the sight, but it was also his fault for his own carelessness. "Please stop Jongin. I don't want to be hurt more than this," Ahyoung pleaded into Kai's chest. Kai's heart clutched tightly as he heard the plead and sobs, but didn't let go of her and held her closer, if that was possible. "I'm sorry. I'm so sorry. I'm so so so sorry Ahyoung," Kai whispered as he kissed her head lovingly like he always does when she's depressed or sad. They stayed in that position for a long time before Kai noticed that Ahyoung fell a sleep in his arms like most times. A small real smile appeared on his face after 3 weeks of not seeing Ahyoung, but his heart was heavy at the same time. The girl he loved, he can't have because of his parents wish. Taking off both their shoes and setting them on the shoe stand Kai carried Ahyoung bridal style towards her bedroom. As Kai walked he notice how much weight and how skinny she was after he was gone. This has caused her a lot of pain, it also cause him as much pain. Removing the uncomfortable coat from her before he laid her on her bed, Kai also removed his coat before getting under the covers. One of his arm was under Ahyoung's head and the other over her stomach. Kai just wanted this moment to last forever, but he know it wouldn't happen so he just laid there staring at Ahyoung's face tracing her face line, nose, eyes and lips. Starting to get a bit drowsy Kai pecked Ahyoung's lips lightly to not wake her up before falling sleep with his chin on top of her head which was up against Kai's chest.Sorry if it was short and for any grammer/spelling errors.
