General Information What if the fairytales we know and love were not just tales, but reality? What if the characters of these stories were expelled from their various homelands, cast out into our disbelieving world and expected to thrive as ordinary humanity? Nestled in the crook of Seoul lies Storybrooke, a fictitious town that houses fables from the eyes of mortals - referred to as “mundanes” by the town’s residents. A common threat transcending the squabbles of the enemies within the universes has forced all fables to become refugees, and the situation has bidden everyone to rub shoulders. And just to ensure that there are no hard feelings, all residents of Storybrooke must sign The Compact; the founding document of the town that grants amnesty to past crimes. Snow White and the Evil Queen can be neighbours, Captain Hook and Peter Pan can be co-workers. They have been given a new beginning… Or have they, really?I · II · II · IV Player Guide These rules are meant to be followed, not neglectedI. General Rules01. The roleplays genres are fantasy and city-themed.02. This occurs in an alternate universe, meaning that you are not who your faceclaim is in reality. You can use their given name, but original names are also welcome.03. Only Asian faceclaims are allowed for now. This rule may be subject to change.04. Your character can be derived from any fairy tale, fable or legend. Characters from Studio Ghibli and Disney are also permitted! If youve any questions, feel free to pm the base or comment it down below.05. You may do whatever you like with your characters biography, but it is preferred if you keep the original characters genders as is.06. All orientations are permitted. Keep it realistic.07. Posts and/or threads that contain explicit depictions of sex, violence, homophobia, and other potential triggers should be marked as such. On that note, muns (that is, roleplayers) should be 16 and above.08. Facechasing is discouraged. You do not have to speak or roleplay with everyone, but do not be biased. If someone asks, you should be inclined to respond positively - unless there is a good reason for you to do otherwise.09. This roleplay is literate. Script, semi-para and para are all preferred. One-liners are /not/, and if you want to novella, then more power to you.10. Your characters powers have been grossly weakened by the strain caused by leaving the Homelands (that is, where theyve originated). As such, non-human qualities such as purple skin, wings, or other unnatural appearances must be concealed so as to not startle the mundanes. You will be presented with a spell called glamour. This will give you a human body if you had none, turn your purple skin into a domesticated pallor, and so forth.  More about glamour in the GLAMOUR section further down.II. How To Join01.
