In the year of 2156 a project started, a project called Rebirth. Created by the Wu Han AI Company, the project Rebirth takes the body of dead people to bring em back to life. The half human and half cyborgs that are born from this project are called Reborns and they arent allowed to have feelings, memories or their own will, they just should be blindly loyal to Wu Han. Helena is one of this hybryds, she have feelings and an own will and even thought she has no memories, she still have the rebel spirit inside her, but the best way to fight an enemy is to be close to em and learn their behavior and thats what she has been doing for 9 months now.She was an engineer at a new world. She was as cold as ice since she woke up as an hybryd, but that was until she had to build a hybryd that woke up with his feelings and memories, one of his memories is Helena and now he is triggering her memories and she is afraid of them. She has been given the task to take care of the VIXX elite guard squad and build the EXODUS elite warrior team, EXO for short. Can she do it without failing? Can she recover the memories she have lost? Can she overcome the fear that the ones around her inspire on her? Should she really trust the president of Wu Han? She was working on him, to make him comeback to life.Explaining a bit, Helena was a hybryd, human and robot mixed in an metalic and organic body that funtioned perfectly. She died in some awful accident that she didnt have any record of and her body was almost completely destroyed, so "they" took her body to a lab where she was used as a lab rat for a new project called "Rebirth". Thats how she got the metal parts of her body, her left arm, right leg, left foot, part of her brain, her heart, part of her lungs and of her chest were now made of metal and wires combined with organic cells and fluids. They brought her back to life, literally. "They" are known as the Wu Han AI Company, they are the ones who gave her a second chance. She was thankful, of course, but she also felt abused for being used like that in a silly experiment. But she was now one the hybryd beings known as the "Reborn" and she would never say that she felt abused, never, to anyone. She was meant to be strictly loyal to Wu Han, she was built for that, all the Reborn were and she was working to the project that saved her life, no feelings, no memories of her human life else to her name, no own will. Thats how a Reborn is supposed to be. And now she was doing the same abuse they did to her with the guy lying in the bed in front of her. "They" got his body conserved in her room until it was totally assured that they could save him and bring him back to life. To her, it looked like if they were assuring that he would be their new slave, but she just stayed quiet and hoped for him to be someone she could save. She made both of his legs, his left arm, part of his chest and of his face. 26 hours of straight work were worth it now that she was looking to her work; Even with part of his body made of metal now, he still was warm to the touch, his skin would still be soft and bright, like a human being should be. Just like she was.She stayed at the chair for an hour until she felt like all her body was totally cooled down, she was still looking at her work at the bed. She hade to make his body keeping his human assets, he had a tanned flawless skin, dark hair in his shoulders lenght, lips that slightly curved up at its edges forming an almost 3 shape, his eyelashes were long, his nose was thin and small and even with all this delicate features, his face still had a shape that made him look really manly. Since his eyes were closed, she couldnt see its colour, but she would bet everything that they were like melted chocolate and hazelnut. And somehow he was so familiar to her, the thought of it scared her, was her memories of her human life coming back? They didnt and she let out a breath that she didnt knew she was helding. What the fuck was wrong with her? Thinking like this, wanting to rebel and feeling scared, this isnt how a Reborn is supposed to act. She was supposed to be cold like cyborg, but the human amount in her was still to big and she felt afraid anyone would discover it. Again, she felt something. She sighted and pulled her chair close to a computer screen.-Start system -Helena said and the screen of the computer turned on-Initializing...... Welcome Hel, just give the commands -Said her computer, a program named Veronica that only she used-Checking the new project Rebirth hybryd, model 97KTR1 -Helena said in a hushed voice, wanting to see the results of her hard work as soon as possible-Checking pluggin...... OK. Checking body...... All metal parts are compatible. Checking system............. No failures found........ Vision is OK, no defects detected........ Hearing is OK, no defects detected......... Touch is OK, no defects detected.......... Smell is OK, no defects detected.......... Taste is Ok, no defects detected........... All body parts functioning well............. A bug was found -Veronica-What?! -Helena asked screaming- Give me the details-He might still have traces of human life memory -VeronicaHelena was amazed, its the first time she wanted so much to start a model already and suddently all the checking processes felt so boring that she feared shed die.-Erase his memory? -Veronica-No, its a too rought process, could damage his system. Initialize the model once his body is ready -Helena lied-Understood..... Preparing model......... -VeronicaShe lied cause she wanted someone like her, someone with feelings, someone human. Suddently she felt the urge to have him by her side, to tell him everything about the world hed be living now and about how wrong project Rebirht was and to finally have someone to talk about this. She once again wondered what was wrong with her, why a model is messing up with her mind like this? She already built a lot of them, but this one was making she feel things and think about things she didnt wanted to.-Model is ready.....
