Initially clients would write the names of whom they hated on an JungAe, which later changed to sending a letter to the address appearing in a three-column newspaper advertisement only visible to those with enough hatred. Once the internet became available, people could access the Hell Correspondence website, otherwise known as the "Hotline to Hell". Soon after, the site was adapted into a mobile version that could be accessed from cell phones.Each medium can only be used at midnight by one who harbors a desire for revenge against their object of hatred. Should someone submit the name of someone against whom they bear a grudge or immense hatred, and their request is accepted, Jun JungAe will take them to a realm of perpetual twilight where she offers them a straw doll, one of her companions, with a red string wound around its neck and describe to the client the details of their contract; should the client pull the string tied around the dolls neck, she will ferry the target of the revenge straightaway to Hell. However, once the clients life has ended, he or she, too, will go to Hell, and a black crest-shaped mark appears on the clients chest to serve as a permanent reminder of this and their decision to send someone to Hell. However, this mark is no guarantee that the person themselves wont be sent to hell by another client.___________________________________________________________________CharactersJun Jung AeA very young Hell Girl. Actually, from another side of world. The another side of world more different than Earth.JungAe is not an normal human, but more other than an human or animals; Hell Girl, who came from Hell. JungAe make revenge to the people, who killing her and bury her into the ground because of hating. She used to be the blind girl, and always make mistake towards their villagers until they cant stand up of her mistaken, they might kill her. The villagers thinks that theyll be safe if they kill and bury her, but she came back to kill them back for revenge at the end. Shell not ending up those revenge, shell helping the human who is having some trouble with their rival/enemy.   BoyfriendThey helping JungAe to take humans revenge. JungAe is the one, who helping them all from being the normal human in this unfair earth.This gang is actually, used to be a normal humans too but their backstories are more bad than JungAes.  [Let me tell you their some backstories] Donghyun: When his 17th birthday, he always being alone in the giant mansion without any maids or anyone else, other than his rude parents. His parents went to Japan to have their happiness in there, without him and they always leaving him alone behind. No one even caring about him at all. In the middle of the night, he thinking to kill himself. So, he did it but his spirit does not coming out from his body yet, until then he met with one young girl (Jung Ae) and she the one helping him to stand up and took him away from being normal human.  Hyunseong: Same as Donghyun, always alone in his own life. He used to be the handsomest guy in his academy school, but now no one could caring about him because of one the most richest and more handsome guy. That guy is taking away Hyunseongs name in the academy. Everyone that used to be his fangirls, are now leaving him behind and moved towards the blondy guy. One day, he thinking to take revenge on that blondy guy but while thinking, he could see that he was the nicest and kind guy. He cant do that, even the person are his rival/enemy. Until, he cant stands with this kind of life, he committed suicide by hanging on the rope around his neck that was tied on a tree branch. Finally, JungAe coming to take him away with Donghyun. Jeongmin: He has one only girlfriend that always be with him, but without noticing that, the girl is just using him to take his wealth. Yeah, Jeongmin is the milionaire guy and yet a handsome young guy but he never though to use all of its money that given by his grandparents. His parents was not to be founded from his car accident when he was 3 until he turning to 19. He got found out that his girlfriend is now using him to take all his money by bought her the female things; Clothes, bags, shoes, make-up, and etc. Until, he cant be more patient, he wanted to broke up with her but the girl not satisfied yet. She knew that hell came to the lake, so she decide to go there and pushed him into the lake until he cant breathing at all. JungAe came to take him away with Hyunseong and Donghyun. Youngmin&Kwangmin: They both were a twins, and they used to be the happy-go-lucky person but they does not found out yet that their parents and family were not love them at all. They never treats the twins like their own sons, the family were only treating the rude and mean sister (of the twins) and the sister always bullying the twins, especially Youngmin because before theyre not born yet, their parents always treats Youngmin and Kwangmin so closely and ignored the sister behind like a dumbfounded. Until the sister are not satisfied because of their life, she asked the twins to go to the river that are most beautiful in Korea but the twins cant thinking negative much, then she pushed both of them falling into the higher river and cant even breathing inside. JungAe came and help them for being with her and the three other guys. Minwoo: He is the loveliest young boy ever. Every girls and noonas always treated him nicely and some are being flirty towards him even he is not interesting with the girls. He also has one brother that always jealous with his cuteness and popularity. Until one day, his brother wanna kill him until his whole body and face cant be seen. His brother kill him like theres no tomorrow and yet, his body being bury into the ground just like JungAe. Being killed and buried, will made JungAe feeling more sad and angry at the same times. She came to take him away from being the normal human in this unfair earth with the others and he is the last person.Another characters will be appears whenever youre applied.One each chapters will be the applicants story. Well help you to take the revenge of your rival/enemy.
