Jang-Mi Lee is a Korean-American tomboy living in California. Although she embraces her Korean heritage, she despises K-pop. She cant stand how some girls her age are so obsessed with K-pop idols, or any kind of idols in general. Jang-Mi tends to avoid idolizing or admiring people, since she doesnt like the idea of having crushes and affection. Her life is going to change drastically when her parents send her off to study in Korea.
