He spun his umbrella and smiled at how the droplets twirled and dripped off the side. It is a happy day today.The light shone green and Chanyeol took a first step to cross. Suddenly, a hand came and grasped his. Surprised, he looked to his left, and had to look down because the person was a head shorter than him. It was the boy who always sat quietly at the back of the class, never asking questions and never had much, or any friends. But why was he grabbing on to Chanyeols hand? "Umm..."The boy looked up and Chanyeol paused, too mesmerized by the sparkles in the boys dark eyes. They held a pleading gaze and Chanyeol tightened his grip unknowingly and led the other across the road carefully. Why? He didnt know either. He just felt as though he had to protect the boy. When they reached the other end of the road, the boy freed himself from Chanyeols hand and smiled shyly, seemingly embarrassed and ran away quickly. Chanyeol frowned at the boys retreating back. Dont leave...His heart yelled but his brain yelled back. What dont leave? You barely know him, whats wrong with you?The boys hand left a warmth, lingering still in Chanyeols big ones.
