From a young age, children with special powers, called Trainees, are admitted to a special academy. From the ages of 18 to 26, they are put into teams and are given tasks as either Emerging Heroes or Emerging Sidekicks while living under a civilian façade. Once they have completed a certain amount of tasks and collected enough Hero Points, they can graduate to become True Heroes or True Sidekicks. Every Hero is paired with a Sidekick. -----Characters ListAerin - Codename Puff: Our protagonist, who is named after the Pokémon, Jiggly Puff, because she has the power to make people fall asleep when she sings. Everyones a critic on karaoke night. To make up for somewhat useless power, she learned the ways of heavy combat. 210% done with being Taehyungs sidekick. The only girl on Team Bulletproof, but all the boys are scared of her (maybe its because she always has a knife attached somewhere on her body).Taehyung - Codename V: Our cute, handsome, lovely, sexy, and a bit naïve hero, who has the power to generate force fields out of light. His killing move is the ability to generate a crystallized spear of light that could pierce through any enemy. Hes also good at changing light bulbs. Although, Aerin would like him to stop procastinating on school-work. What is she? His reminder-binder?Jungkook - Codename Golden Boy: Hes your average, above-average superhero. He has super-strength, super-speed, X-ray vision, and he can shoot lasers from his eyes. Dont you dare say hes a knock-off of Superman (even though its kind of true), hell get sulky. Hes the youngest of Team Bulletproof, but the most promising. Not to mention he has handsome-boyish looks, a great shower voice, and absolutely no tact when it comes to the ladies. Boy looks like hed break out in hives just talking to a girl (except Aerin, of course, because shes special).Jimin - Codename Shade: Hes Jungkooks sidekick, always getting bullied by the younger hero, despite being the older one. He has the power of teleportation and invisibility (and regardless of the rumors Taehyung is spreading, he really didnt abuse his power to sneak into the girls locker room). Theres a running gag about the members ignoring him since hes invisible.Namjoon - Codename Rap Monster: Hes a hero and the leader of Team Bulletproof. Hes half-cyborg with a computer in his brain and can transform his left hand into a blaster. He also has this strange habit of playing intense rap music from his on-body stereo system while hes battling enemies. Apparently, it gets him in the zone. Why he chose the color pink to paint on his metal body parts, who knows?Hoseok - Codename J-Hope: Nature and technology shouldnt mix, but hes doing a great job as Namjoons sidekick. He has the power to turn into any animal, but he especially likes being a horse. He dreams of sprouting wings and becoming a Pegasus. Also, hes a great dancer and all the ladies on campus turn to him when they want to go clubbing.Seokjin - Codename Prince Aqua: Hes a hero with the ability to control water and turn into a beautiful merman. Fishes arent friends, though. Theyre definitely food. Hes the oldest of Team Bulletproof and is often seen nagging them for their risky behaviors. Yoongi - Codename Suga: Hes Jins sidekick. Although, he could have been placed as a Hero, but he was too unmotivated. Having the power of telekinesis is very convenient when one is too lazy to move from ones bed.
