Chapter Twenty-Seven (1/1)

Sunggyu POV:I stayed up until one in the morning to see if Woohyun would show up. He didn't. Where was he? I thought Hoya was exaggerating when he said that Woohyun and I wouldn't be seeing each other until the supervised practice, but he wasn't. I took out my phone and called him."Hello?" He asked, sounding tired."Hoya, Woohyun isn't here yet," I said.He sighed, "I told you, he won't go to the dorm tonight. I swear his manager has him on such a tight leash. Wouldn't surprise me if he was supposed to sleep in the practice room.""Seriously? That's pretty harsh," I said."He did kind of screw things up," Hoya said as he yawned."Should I stay up a little longer?" I asked."What, are you crazy?" Hoya asked, "Your debut is tomorrow! Get some sleep.""Okay," I said as I heard another voice on the other line."Hoya, are you with someone else?" I asked."What? No! Of course not, it's my television," He said abruptly."But weren't you sleeping?" I asked."I can sleep with the television on... I have to go Sunggyu. I'll talk to you later," He said.Before I could say good-bye he hung up on me. Weird. Maybe I should try calling Woohyun to see what's up with him. I quickly dialed his number and called him. He picked up on the third ring."Woohyun!" I exclaimed. I didn't think he would've picked up."Sunggyu, this is Woohyun's manager. What do you want? You're interrupting valuable practice time," His manager said as he sighed."It's one in the morning!" I yelled."You're point?" His manager asked as he yawned, "You bore me. I'm going to hang up on you soon if you don't tell me what you want.""Woohyun, duh," I said, "Why isn't he here?""You'll see him later today," His manager said."Dammit, you lis-" I was cut off by his manager hanging up on me. Woohyun POV:"Who was that?" I asked as I looked towards my manager."Just Sunggyu," He said as he put my phone away."Sunggyu," I said. Just saying his name made me feel better, "What did he want?"My manager shrugged, "I hung up on him.""What did you do that for?!" I yelled as my manager laughed."If I didn't know any better I would've thought you two had feelings for each other," He said as he kept laughing.I bit my lip, "When can I go back to the dorm?""Tomorrow night," My manager said."Will I get any sleep before the debut?" I asked as my manager nodded."Of course," He said as he smiled, "Tonight after your practice with Sunggyu.""You're not letting me sleep?" I asked.He shook his head, "You're an idol. You guys don't sleep.""But I wanna sleep!" I said as I sat down on the ground, "I've practiced literally all day.""Twelve hours," My manager said as he shrugged, "You need more.""I have the moves down perfectly!" I said as I animatedly raised my arms."There's room for improvement," My manager said as he shrugged."Fine. I want to see you do the dance," I said as my manager shook his head."I can't. But you can. So get up and we'll go over it again," He said as he re-started the music. "Now, Again!" Third Person POV:It was time for Sunggyu and Woohyun's supervised practice. It was Woohyun, Sunggyu, their managers, Brian, and Jessica. They were practicing on the stage that they were performing on the next day. When Sunggyu saw Woohyun he noticed that Woohyun looked horrible. He looked like he hadn't slept for days."Woohyun, are you okay?" Sunggyu asked Woohyun.Woohyun shrugged, "I've been practicing for more than a day straight.""We need to talk," Sunggyu said as Woohyun nodded."No talking!" Woohyun's manager said as he sprayed Woohyun and Sunggyu with water from a hose."What are we, dogs?" Sunggyu asked as he glared towards Woohyun's manager."Yes, now start practicing," Woohyun's manager said, "If there is a mistake or something I don't like I will spray you with water, but don't stop dancing until the song is over.""That's insane," Sunggyu said towards his manager, "Can you tell him that it's insane?"Sunggyu's manager shrugged, "Just practice."The music started as Woohyun and Sunggyu scrambled to get into their spots which earned them both to be sprayed with water."You weren't ready on time!" Woohyun's manager shouted.Sunggyu and Woohyun both rolled their eyes as they continued dancing. During the dance Sunggyu and Woohyun exchanged glances which earned them to both to be sprayed again."No eye contact! Focus on the dancing and singing, not eachother," His manager yelled.Sunggyu got in front of Woohyun because it was his time to sing. He mouthed the lyrics of the song and did the dance, but got sprayed with water."More aegyo!" His manager yelled."I don't do aegyo!" Sunggyu yelled, "That's Woohyun's thing!""No talking back," Woohyun's manager said as he sprayed Sunggyu with water again.Woohyun got out front when it was his turn to sing and did everything perfectly. He sang, danced, and gave plenty of aegyo but was sprayed with water."Look at Sunggyu more. You two need more chemistry on stage," His manager said.Woohyun rolled his eyes and got sprayed again."No rolling your eyes!" His manager yelled.By the time they ran through the song once both boys were soaked with water."Let's run through the song again!" Woohyun's manager said as everyone else nodded.Everyone else but Woohyun and Sunggyu who just looked at each other. They wanted to talk, but they couldn't.
