Chapter Twenty-Eight (1/1)

Sunggyu POV:"Wake up! Wake up! Wake up!" I heard a voice shout as I was shaken."What?" I groaned as I opened my eyes to see Hoya."Today is the day of your debut!" He exclaimed as I sat up.I looked around me noticing I was in my room. I looked over to Hoya confused."How did you get in here?" I asked.Hoya shrugged, "Woohyun gave me his key.""When did you talk to Woohyun?" I asked."I don't know, he was practicing in the practice room so I went and asked him for it," Hoya said."His manager let you talk to him?" I asked, jealous that Hoya got to talk to him."No, he secretly told me where it was when his manager wasn't looking," Hoya said as he shrugged again, "No big deal.""Did Woohyun get any sleep last night?" I asked, concerned."Yeah, his manager gave him seven hours. Eleven to six" Hoya said as he nodded."Well that's good," I said as I got out of bed, "What time do Woohyun and I preform?""Two in the after-noon," Hoya said."And what time is it now?" I asked as I stretched."Noon," Hoya said, "You woke up late. Now you only have two hours to get ready." Woohyun POV:"Make-up on Sunggyu!" A make-up artist yelled as Sunggyu arrived backstage."Sorry I'm late," He said as he rushed in, "I over-slept.""We don't care for your personal problems," My manager said, "Just get into make-up and wardrobe."Sunggyu make eye contact with me from across the room. It looked like he was mouthing something but I couldn't make out what he was trying to say."Look towards me please," The make-up artist who was working on me said.I flashed Sunggyu an apologetic look as I looked away from him. As she was applying eye liner I could see Dongwoo come up from behind her. With Dongwoo were Sungjong and Sungyeol."Woohyun!" Dongwoo exclaimed as he walked up to me."Woohyun, I cannot believe you're debuting.. again," Sungjong said as he held out flowers for me."Jongie, I haven't even gone up to preform yet," I said as he smiled towards me."I flew all the way here to see it like I told you I would," Sungyeol said as he smiled, "Myungsoo and I came together.""Myungsoo is here?" I asked as Sungyeol nodded."He's with Hoya and Sunggyu," Sungjong said."Hoya told me that Sunggyu said you looked like hell," Dongwoo said, "Make-up works wonders, but have you been sleeping?""I slept seven hours in two days," I said as the make-up artist finished on me."You should fire him and get a new one," Sungyeol said."Yeah, shouldn't you and Sunggyu have one manager?" Sungjong asked.I shrugged, "Technically the CEO would have to fire him making me have a one-on-one meeting with the CEO. I hate meeting with the CEO one-on-one.""The Chaser goes up in twenty minutes!" Sunggyu's manager yelled."Wish me luck," I said as I got up from my seat and went to find Sunggyu. Third Person POV:"Everybody, I present Nam Woohyun and Kim Sunggyu as The Chaser!" The announcer shouted as the crowd went wild.Sunggyu and Woohyun were backstage as the introduction video was played. They were being checked one last time by their managers on their looks."Sunggyu looks good," Sunggyu's manager said as Woohyun's nodded, "So does Woohyun.""Woohyun, you look like you haven't slept," his manager said as he laughed.Woohyun rolled his eyes, "Screw you.""We need The Chaser to be ready and on stage in ten seconds!" A backstage manager yelled.Sunggyu and Woohyun were sent up the stairs and waited on the outskirts of the stage, both on opposite ends. They've wanted to talk to each other, but they couldn't find the time to. They had to wait until after the performance.The music started as Woohyun and Sunggyu slowly made their way on stage as they were told to do. Sunggyu smiled at the audience as Woohyun made hearts. The crowd went wild and they started their fan chant as Woohyun and Sunggyu got into their places. Sunggyu was first to sing so he started walking towards the edge of the stage and sang his part and did some of the dance. Woohyun was dancing around him as he was told to do. He was doing the dance perfectly since he had practiced for more than a day straight, but he noticed that there was something off about Sunggyu. Sunggyu was doing the dancing and singing perfectly also, but something didn't feel right. Sunggyu made a heart for the fans as his part of the aegyo. Woohyun moved in front of Sunggyu and sang his part as he danced. He threw hearts into the audience as Sunggyu rolled his eyes. Woohyun smiled at Sunggyu as he threw another heart. They finished the song off strong as the audience cheered something over again."The Chaser! The Chaser! The Chaser!" They screamed as Woohyun and Sunggyu waved towards them, but then their fan chant changed."Woogyu! Woogyu! Woogyu!" They chanted as Woohyun smiled at Sunggyu.It seemed as if Sunggyu was in a totally different world. He was smiling and waving at the crowd, but Woohyun could tell he had no idea what they were chanting. Woohyun threw one last heart to the fans as he walked over to Sunggyu."This is way past over due," He whispered to Sunggyu while covering his mic."Wha-" Sunggyu tried to ask but he was cut off by Woohyun.Woohyun had just kissed Sunggyu. On stage. In front of thousands of fans, their managers, and friends.
